Oerthan Summer Coronet

July 18-21, XLIII

Coronet Site: Eagle River Campground accessed off of the Glenn Highway at
the Highland road exit. There will be signs posted to help direct you to the
site.

Site opens: Friday night at 4pm and there will be areas marked out for the
list fields as well as those period pavilions that will have the space
immediately adjacent to the lists. All others will be filling in behind
those pavilions.

All pets must be on a leash at all times and be under control.

Above ground fire pits are allowed - only with the caveat that there must be
either a fire extinguisher or a five gallon bucket of water next to the pit.

There is water on the site but it is not immediately in the area of the site
so please make allowances for that.

Sites fees: Adults (ages 12 and up) =12 dollars

under 12 - 7 dollars.

The arts and science competitions are paper making and book making. His
Highness's whim is pie in any mode but with no onions. Her Highness's whim
is illumination.

There is an arts and science display that is open to all those who are not
laurels. Please bring your works out to show. Documentation is always
appreciated.

There is a lunch box auction that will happen on Saturday in the early
afternoon and the Autocrat Team is asking that the entrants be ready by 11
am.

What type of contests there will be to enter?
The Arts and Science competitions;

Are paper making,

And book making, documentation is always a plus.

His Highness' Whim is pie in any mode as long as it does not have onions in it(trust me this leaves you lots and lots of room for creativity)

and

Her Highness' Whim is Illumination, but she did not at this time specify what you had to illuminate.

One could conceivably make the paper make the book and then illuminate with pictures of pie and that could
hit all four contests.

We look forwards to seeing everyone there and more info will be coming out shortly about the site and such.

Happy Creating,

The Coronet Autocrating Team
